Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Express Shipping: 5-10 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Delivery times do not include processing time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our website and social media for current deals.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 2-3 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or high order volume. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at directforlessd4l@gmail.com and we will help resolve the issue.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at directforlessd4l@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard estimates.
