Return and Refund Policy
At Direct for Less, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please include any accessories, tags, and documentation that came with the product.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at directforlessd4l@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been opened, used, or altered
- Personal care and hygiene products that have been unsealed
- Items not in their original packaging
- Gift cards
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In cases where we made an error or the product arrived damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, please contact us at directforlessd4l@gmail.com and we will look into it.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.
